On March 31, 2026, Novo launched a multi-month subscription plan for Wegovy through telehealth partners at $249/month for standard doses. Novo's release states: "Wegovy HD (semaglutide) injection 7.2 mg will be added at a later date." If you're paying $249/month and considering the step to HD, expect an extra $1,800/year at the $399/month self-pay rate. WeightWatchers, however, already lists $399 for the 7.2 mg injectable in its footnotes — so provider-level HD pricing is live in at least one place.
