How to Cancel TrimRx (Plus Phone Number and Customer Service)

To cancel TrimRx, sign in to your TrimRx portal, go to My plans and choose "Cancel Subscription" before your next billing date. You can also ask in TrimRx's chat or call 888-896-1612 (7 days a week, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific). Canceling stops future charges but doesn't refund a charge that already went through, and an order already sent to the pharmacy will still ship.

TrimRx plans are subscriptions, so canceling your plan is how you stop the next refill and the next charge. TrimRx says you can do it yourself in the portal.

1. Open your TrimRx portal. Go to trimrx.com/portal. There's no password. TrimRx emails you a sign-in link, which expires after 15 minutes. Open it on the same device you requested it from.
2. Go to My plans. This is the Subscription/Billing section. Note your next billing date here.
3. Select "Cancel Subscription."
4. Watch for confirmation. TrimRx's terms say you'll get confirmation once your cancellation is processed. Save it.
5. Check your next billing date passes with no charge. If you're charged after canceling, message TrimRx with the date and amount.

Can't get into the portal? Use TrimRx's chat and say you want to cancel, or call 888-896-1612. TrimRx's FAQ says you can "reach out via chat or call 888-896-1612 to discuss cancellation or changes to your treatment plan."

TrimRx lists a phone number on its FAQ page, not on its Contact Us page. Here is every contact option TrimRx publishes:

Tip: Whatever channel you use, keep a record. Save the chat transcript, the email, or the date, time and name from your call.

For a medical emergency, call 911. TrimRx's help center says not to wait for a message reply.

When you cancel matters more than how. TrimRx's rule is based on whether your prescription has gone to the pharmacy yet.

TrimRx's terms say compounded medicine generally ships within 48 business hours after approval. So once you're charged, you may have little time to stop that order. Cancel well before your billing date if you can.

Sometimes. TrimRx says refund requests must be made within 28 days of your payment date. Canceling alone does not refund anything.

TrimRx says you may get a refund when:

• A provider decides you're not eligible for treatment (full refund).
• There's a billing error by TrimRx, such as a duplicate or wrong charge (full refund).
• Your order hasn't shipped and you ask within 28 days and meet the current policy.

On a prepaid multi-month plan? You can cancel anytime to stop future orders. To get back the unused part, you must separately ask for a refund within 28 days of paying. After 28 days you can still cancel, but TrimRx's terms say the unused prepaid part isn't refundable, except where the policy or law says otherwise.

Not refundable: shipped medicine and supplements once paid.

How to ask: message your Care Team in the portal or in chat, or email hello@trimrx.com. Give the date or amount of the charge and a short reason. If you're charged after canceling, TrimRx asks you to message it first. Your card issuer also has its own dispute process if you can't resolve it.

Yes. TrimRx says you can postpone your next renewal to a later date if you need a break or you've reached your goal. It says pausing for more than 30 days is generally not recommended for GLP-1 medicines. To restart, you fill out the monthly check-in form and your provider reviews it.

You can also ask about changing your plan or medicine through Help & Support before you cancel.

Talk to your clinician first. TrimRx's own help center says appetite and weight often come back after stopping, and that you should talk to your provider before you stop, especially if you also take diabetes or blood pressure medicine.

Safety note: GLP-1 medicines are not right for everyone. Do not use one if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), or if you have MEN 2.

If you're canceling because of price, insurance, or wanting FDA-approved medicine, a different provider may fix that.
