On the first month and on month-to-month plans, Eden is cheaper — compounded semaglutide first month is $129–$149 at Eden vs $249 at Fridays, and ongoing is $229/mo at Eden vs $249/mo at Fridays. On the 12-month upfront prepay specifically, Fridays' standard $150/mo semaglutide and $240/mo tirzepatide rates are cheaper than Eden's lowest available tier — but only if you can prepay $1,800–$2,880 and stay on treatment a full year.
Is the medication the same at Eden and Fridays?
Both providers may prescribe compounded semaglutide and/or compounded tirzepatide when clinically appropriate, but compounded products are not FDA-approved, are not generics, and should not be described as the same as FDA-approved brand-name medications. Formulation, concentration, inactive ingredients, dispensing pharmacy, and regulatory status can differ across providers.

Can I switch from Eden to Fridays (or the other way)?
Yes. You can cancel either subscription at any time from the patient portal and start the other. Continuity matters with GLP-1 titration — gaps can flare side effects when you restart — so plan the transition so your new provider has approved and shipped your medication before your old subscription ends.
Does Eden or Fridays take insurance?
Neither bills insurance for the virtual visit or the compounded medication. What happens if I miss a dose or my shipment is late?
