- Enter the email or phone number you used when you signed up.
- Tap Continue and follow the steps on screen.
That is all Embody's sign-in page shows. It does not list a password field before you continue. We did not log in to a real account, so we can't show the screens after that.

What can you do in the Embody patient portal?
Embody's public pages say the portal is where you:
- Message your care team about your medicine, dose, or health history. Embody says these questions "should always go through the portal, where they stay private and are answered by a licensed clinician."
- Update your shipping address or payment card.
- Cancel your subscription. Embody lets you cancel in your online account, or by email or phone.
Embody does not publish a full tour of the portal. If you can't find a setting, email or call support.

What to know before you contact Embody about money
Embody's refund policy is strict. Read it before you ask for a refund.
- Payments are final. Embody says all payments "are final and non-refundable at the time of purchase."
- Cancelling stops future billing only. It does not refund what you already paid.
- Multi-month plans can't be refunded, in whole or in part.
- Timing matters. Your request must arrive at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Later than that, the next charge still goes through.
- Medical disqualification is the one exception. If Embody's provider says you are not eligible, Embody says it refunds the unused part, minus services already given.
- Damaged or wrong items are replaced by the pharmacy. They are not refunded.
- Before a card dispute, Embody asks you to contact support so it can review the charge.

If you searched "Embody login" to start, the sign-in page won't help. You sign up on joinem.co first. Embody's main medicine is compounded semaglutide, sold in one, three, or six month supplies.
