Does Shed Have a Mobile App?
By WPG Research Team · Last verified
No. As of October 29, 2026, Shed has no official app in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Shed members use the web-based Shed Member Portal, which works in your phone's browser, plus chat and email support. Apps named "Shed" in the App Store are made by other companies.
Weight Loss Provider Guide is an independent comparison resource for GLP-1 telehealth providers.
Quick facts
- Official Shed app: None found on the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- What members use: The Shed Member Portal at portal.tryshed.com.
- Support: Chat with a Member Success Manager, or email through the Help Center.
- Watch out: "Shed Tracker" and "ShedPilot" are not made by Shed.
How Shed members manage their care without an app
Shed runs everything through its online Member Portal. You log in at portal.tryshed.com from a computer or your phone's web browser. Shed's help pages say you can use the portal to:
- See your plan and account details.
- Check upcoming appointments.
- Update your email and contact information.
- Reset your password.
- Take Shed's health courses.
Shed's homepage describes "every prescription, message, and update in one login." It also offers text-based health coaching. Shed says coaching may include automated replies from an AI assistant, and that a licensed coach reviews all communication.
For questions about your medicine, order, or account, Shed's Help Center offers a chat with a Member Success Manager and an email option.
Tip: You can bookmark portal.tryshed.com on your phone's home screen so it opens like an app.
The right GLP-1 path isn't the same for everyone. It depends on your state, insurance, budget, whether you want FDA-approved or compounded medicine, and whether you want a shot or a pill. Our free tool can show you which fits before you choose.

We searched the Apple App Store and Google Play on October 29, 2026. These apps show up in searches but are not made by Shed:
| App | Made by | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Shed Tracker | An independent developer (Bradford Wangerin) | A general GLP-1 shot, weight, and meal tracker |
| ShedPilot: GLP-1 & Weight Loss | Source Dominion LLC | A GLP-1 tracking app |
These apps can't see your Shed prescription, orders, or messages. Don't enter your Shed login into any app that isn't from Shed.
Does it matter that Shed has no app?
For most people, not much. The portal handles the same basics most telehealth apps do. The trade-offs:
- No push alerts from an app. Watch your email and texts for refill and shipping updates.
- No built-in shot or weight tracker. You may want a separate tracker or a notes app.
- Log in each time. A browser session may sign you out more often than an app.
If an app matters to you, several GLP-1 providers do have one.
| Provider | App | App Store rating (Oct 29, 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Ro | Ro: Online Healthcare | 4.8 from about 13,000 ratings |
| Hims | Hims: Telehealth for Men | 4.8 from about 97,000 ratings |
| Hers | Hers: Women's Healthcare | 4.6 from about 14,000 ratings |
| SkinnyRx | SkinnyRx: Weight Loss & Health | 4.7 from about 530 ratings |
App ratings cover each company's whole app, not just weight-loss care.
