Data Limitations
Historical export summary: This file contains 51 jurisdiction rows—50 states and the District of Columbia—using a fixed $349 self-pay assumption and a $1,349 Wegovy list-price assumption. These are historical modeling inputs, not current quotes or lowest available prices. The historical file differs from the interactive index; its figures must not be combined with the interactive tool’s results.
Coverage limitation: A historical state-level Yes/No Medicaid field does not establish an individual’s coverage. Coverage depends on the medication, diagnosis, program and applicable rules. A lack of obesity-drug coverage does not establish that every resident must pay entirely out of pocket.
